Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is month-to-month. We don't lock anyone in.
Where does my data live?
On your dedicated workspace inside the Iris infrastructure (AWS, US-East). Premium data isolation; Business gets a dedicated shard.
Do agents share data?
No — each agent has its own workspace and memory by default. You can opt agents into a team for explicit collaboration.
What model are you using?
We use top frontier models and route between them for the best cost and speed. Managed Agents subscribers can pick their preferred model.
