For education

Give your staff back the administrative week

Meeting notes, parent email, scheduling, reminders, forms and reports — the work that fills a teacher's evenings and an office manager's day. Iris agents do it on their own schedule and show you everything they sent.

Coming from Iris for Education?

The separate Iris for Education app and its Chrome extension have been retired. Everything they did — and a good deal they could not — now runs on Iris agents, which is what this site is. Sign in with the email you already use and your agents live under one account.

What schools put agents on

Start with one. The ones below are where the hours actually are.

Meeting notes that write themselves

Counselors, SPED teams, administrators

Iris joins IEP meetings, parent conferences, department check-ins and board sessions on Meet, Zoom or Teams, then sends every attendee the summary, decisions and action items before they have left the room.

The inbox nobody has time for

Front office, admissions, advisors

An agent reads incoming parent and student email, drafts the reply in your voice, flags what genuinely needs a human, and keeps the routine questions — calendars, forms, deadlines — from reaching your desk at all.

Scheduling and reminders, on a schedule

Anyone who chases people for a living

Agents run on their own clock. A morning briefing with today's meetings and the three things that slipped, reminder texts before a conference, a nudge for the forms that are still outstanding.

Paperwork into spreadsheets

Registrars, office managers

Point an agent at the forms, rosters and reports you re-type every term. It reads them, fills the sheet or doc, and tells you which rows it was unsure about instead of quietly guessing.

Study support for students

Students, tutoring programs

The Study Buddy agent works through material with a student over text — explaining, quizzing, and keeping track of what they keep getting wrong — without doing the assignment for them.

Hiring and onboarding

HR, principals, department heads

Screen applicants against your rubric, schedule the interviews, and walk a new teacher through the first-week checklist so nobody's onboarding depends on one person remembering it.

How it works

From the first call to your staff running the agents themselves.

01

Tell us the work

A 30-minute call. Describe the tasks eating your staff's week and we will tell you which of them an agent can take on now, and which it cannot.

02

We build the first agents

Each one gets its own instructions, its own memory, and only the accounts you connect — email, calendar, docs, your SIS exports.

03

Your team corrects them

Agents learn from being used. Two weeks of real work with your staff telling them what they got wrong is worth more than any amount of up-front configuration.

04

You run them

Everything is visible in the dashboard: what each agent did, when, and what it sent. Pause any of it in one click.

Before you put student data in one

Student records come with obligations your district has already made, and we would rather work them out with you than have you discover them later. Bring your requirements to the call — what may be processed, where it may go, what has to stay out — and we will tell you plainly what Iris can and cannot do under them. What data Iris stores and who it is shared with is set out in our privacy policy.

Tell us what your week looks like

Thirty minutes, no deck. Describe the work and we will tell you which agents we would build first — and if the answer is that Iris is not the right fit yet, you will hear that too.
